In many cases people see results after the first session. Three sessions are recommended to address an issue. For chronic conditions around six sessions are often necessary. With that said, it is highly beneficial to continue Bowen on a regular basis (every 4 to 8 weeks) to maintain optimal health and well being.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of a Bowen session.
What should I wear? Can Bowen be done through clothing?
Yes, Bowen can be performed through light, loose-fitting clothing. No jeans or slippery material please.
Is Bowen Therapy a type of massage?
Bowen Therapy is not massage but it is a type of bodywork. Bowen Therapy is gentler and more precise than massage. Bowen moves stimulate the body's own innate healing potential allowing for a very powerful response. A Bowen practitioner starts this process but the body does the rest.
